Executive/Manager - Business Development - Automotive (2-10 yrs)

POSITION SUMMARY
Handle our business in Pune region. Person will be responsible for achieving the annual sales and collection targets. As we operate in Automotive, the person needs to network with key customers and also the OEMs to drive product specifications by leading the (technical) discussions. One of key activity for the person will be to drive new business development in automotive and industrial markets. The person will also get an opportunity to work on new products and is expected to play a key role in product development.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Identify business opportunities in New Market -Conduct Market studies where there is a clear outcome in terms of market trends, opportunities, potential for business and recommendations for market entry.
2. Responsible for ensuring high penetration in new identified markets.
3. Develop and maintain strategic long term- trusting relationships with high volume customer to accomplish organic growth and long-term company objectives.
4. Ensure close connect with OEMs for driving product specifications in existing and future projects.
5. Sales Planning - Demand forecast and planning for inventory management.
6. Maintain timely reporting of week/month activities and keep an update of projects in CRM system.
7. Management of Receivables -Ensure collections as per the credit policy, maintain quality of receivables.
8. Comply with all relevant laws and regulations - Competition law, Indian Code of Conduct, SG principles, EHS guidelines and statutory regulations.
9. Exposure to digital marketing and sales promotional activities.
