Executive/Manager - Business Development - Adverting Business (3-6 yrs)
Desired Candidate Profile
- KPDIL is looking for an experienced Business Development or Sales Executives / Manager with a proven track record
- Good communication, interpersonal skills, and a Team Player.
- The candidate must be focused on the target.
- Must have good Social Media connections such as on LinkedIn.
- Key Accounts Management, Contractual Evaluation & Negotiation.
- Leadership, Analytical Thinking Skills. Must be a good team player.
- Hands-on experience in all elements of the sales process from lead generation, to con-tracts negotiations, and closings.
- The candidate should be able to develop new and existing customer relationships both at tactical and strategic levels.
- Ability to multi-task, successfully manage multiple client assignments of different sizes/types.
- Highly motivated, flexible, ambitious to succeed, and demonstrated ability to works to-wards stated goals.
Experience : 3 Year(s) to 6 Year(s) into Sales / BD into Domestic Staffing
Educational Qualification : Bachelors's Degree or MBA is a plus or Any Degree
Location : CST Mumbai
Salary : 3-6 LPA (Negotiable as per candidate)

- Cold Calling potential clients
- Lead Generation Activity, Relationship Management
- Successfully manage multiple client assignments of different sizes/types
- Develop new and existing customer relationships both at the tactical and strategic levels
- Developing growth strategies and plans
- Having an in-depth knowledge of business products and value proposition
- Writing business proposals
