JOB DESCRIPTION
- Interact with clients, owners and suppliers to promote Food and Beverage and hotel.
- Communicate with target customers and manage guests relationship
- Contribute to the selling strategy of the hotel and manage the departments to increase outlets awareness
- Understands the competitive Marketplace and Implement approaches to ensure the hotel stays competitive in the local market.
- Work effectively to build relationships with colleagues in the hotel.
- Create and implement effective marketing schedules.
- Evaluate marketing promotions and produce monthly reports.
- Strong analytical skills to understand and respond to key business indicators and competitive trends.
- Assist in the development of the annual marketing plan, specifically advising on realistic forecast for each product and territory ( based on historic data, market trends, competitive activity, promotional strategy and sales efforts)realistic costs of operating the sales force, and sales promotion program plans.
- Identifying prospective clients in the market to generating business.
- Sell hotel rooms and banquet facilities through direct client contact to maximize total rooms revenues and profits.
- Negotiate with guests about rooms, meeting room rental, function space, and hotel services within approved booking guidelines.
Note-
Qualification-Graduate/Post Graduate(Hotels or Hospitality Industry).
Salary- Upto 4.50 LPA
