Executive - Luxury Sales - Real Estate (2-6 yrs)
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain relationships with existing customers in person and via telephone calls and emails
- Gather market and customer information
- Arrange meetings with potential clients
- Respond to incoming email and phone enquiries
- Coordinate and handle pre and post sales experience including site visits
- Help create detailed proposal documents to negotiate the terms of an agreement, price, costs, delivery and specifications with buyers.
- Create and maintain reports for Sales metrics using MS Office and our CRM
- Make accurate, rapid cost calculations and provide customers with quotations
- Build and maintain relationships with real estate agents and firms and motivate them to find buyers
- Coordinate, handle and follow-up with channel partners, agents etc.
- Tie - up with affiliate marketing partners
- Research and experiment on new and innovative ways to sell
- Maintaining sales related data and creating reports to submit to superiors
- May be required to visit the project development site to conduct on-site sales
- Understand all relevant details on all the company's existing and planned projects
Requirements:
- Any graduate with 3-5yrs experience in Luxury Sales or similar industry.
Skills Required:
- The ability and desire to sell
- Excellent communication skills
- Skills to work both independently and as part of a team
- Proficient with MS office - specifically Excel and PowerPoint
- Data recording and report generation
- Working with the team on various projects and coordinating with other departments
