- Proven experience in sales of business loans/personal loans.
- Strong understanding of loan products and financial terminologies.

- Knowledge of credit evaluation and loan documentation.
1. Sales & Business Development:
- Identify, prospect, and acquire customers for business loans and personal loans.
- Develop and maintain a robust sales pipeline to meet and exceed sales targets.
2. Client Relationship Management:
- Understand client requirements and provide tailored loan solutions.
- Build and nurture long-term relationships with clients to ensure repeat business and referrals.
3. Market Research & Lead Generation:
- Conduct market analysis to identify new business opportunities.
- Generate leads through cold calling, networking, and partnerships.
4. Loan Application Assistance:
- Guide customers through the loan application process. o Ensure accurate and complete documentation for loan processing.
5. Collaboration with Teams:
- Work closely with the credit and operations teams to ensure smooth processing of loans.
- Provide feedback to improve the lending process and customer experience.
6. Compliance & Reporting:
