Job Title : Leasing and Sales Executive

Location : Vasai

Job Description :

- Portfolio Understanding : Gain a thorough understanding of the company's portfolio, including commercial offices, industrial plots, buildings/galas, and residential flats.

- Customer Requirement Analysis : Analyze customer needs and requirements to match them with the most suitable products from the portfolio.

- Professional Presentation : Present offerings to clients in a polished and professional manner, ensuring that proposals are compelling and tailored to their needs.

- Customer Follow-Up : Maintain regular communication with potential clients to follow up on offers and inquiries, ensuring strong customer relationships.

- Maximizing Occupancy : Focus on maximizing the occupancy rate by ensuring that a high percentage of available spaces are leased or sold.

- Leasing and Sales Focus : Dedicate approximately 70% of efforts to leasing and 30% to sales, balancing both aspects effectively.

Required Skills :

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

- Proficiency in MS PowerPoint for creating presentations and proposals.

- Effective negotiation skills to close deals successfully.

- Ability to network and build relationships within the industry.

- Goal-oriented with a focus on achieving high occupancy rates.

Qualifications :

- Experience in real estate, leasing, or sales is preferred.

- Proven track record in negotiating and closing deals.

- A professional demeanor and ability to present in a classy manner.

- Bachelor's degree

- Experience : 2 to 4 years

- Salary Range : 30,000 - 35,000 per month

- Office Hours : 9.30 am to 6.30 pm

- Weekly off : Sunday
