Executive/Lead - Sales - Car Showroom (0-10 yrs)
1. Generate enquiries through prospects buyers
2. Conduct corporate visits and corporate events by identifying potential markets and potential buyers
3. Convert prospect buyers into bookings through genuine and thorough follow ups
4. To ensure, given monthly targets of enquires, test drives, booking and retails are achieved.
1. To plan and organize events and promotional activities on a monthly basis to create various sources of enquiries
2. To conduct morning meetings with the team on a daily basis and review the commitments in the evenings
3. To monitor enquires generated by executives on a daily basis as per the target
4. To set monitor and achieve monthly targets for all DSE's assigned to the TL.
5. To prepare daily reports based on daily commitments given by the DSE- s
6. To ensure all monetary transactions and commitments are carried out ethically
7. To ensure zero achievement of complaints / negative feedbacks from customers.
8. To adhere all company policies & procedures for booking to retail.
9. To visit new Corporate / Business resource to generate incremental business for the team.
10. To keep the team motivated at all times and to be a self starter
11. To train and refresh each DSE on product, finance Competition etc.- -
12. To process and forward the files to Accounts and RTO Dept.
