Executive - Lead Generation - Staffing Firm (1-2 yrs)

We are seeking a dynamic Lead Generation Executive to join our growth-oriented team. The ideal candidate will have a proven ability to generate leads, build strong relationships, and drive sales within the staffing industry. Your role will involve identifying new business opportunities, qualifying leads, and closing deals to contribute to the company's overall revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities :

- Actively prospect and generate high-quality leads through cold calling, email campaigns, and networking.

- Qualify leads based on defined criteria and schedule appointments for the sales team.

- Conduct in-depth research on target accounts to understand their business needs and challenges.

- Develop and maintain a strong pipeline of potential clients.

- Deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals to prospective clients.

- Collaborate with the recruitment team to ensure seamless client onboarding and candidate placement.

- Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Qualifications :

- Minimum 1 year of experience in lead generation and cold calling (experience in staffing industry is a plus)

- Strong understanding of the staffing industry and its challenges.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
