Executive - Lead Generation - SaaS Firm (3-5 yrs)
Responsibilities :
- Cold calling : Identify and qualify prospects for company services by making outbound calls to potential customers or leads.
- Identify potential leads using databases, lists, online research, and referrals.
- Services Knowledge : Gain a thorough understanding of the company's offerings to effectively communicate their features and benefits to potential clients.
- Assess leads' suitability and interest by asking questions about their needs, budget, and purchasing timelines.
- Set appointments or meetings for sales team with qualified leads interested in company offerings.
- Manage data : Keep accurate and current records of lead interactions in the system.
- Implement a systematic follow-up process to nurture leads who are not yet ready to convert.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly lead generation targets set by the marketing manager.
- Regular feedback and reporting to sales and marketing teams on lead quality and market insights from calls.
- Adhere to company-provided scripts and guidelines for consistent and professional interactions during calls.
Requirements :
- SAAS Sales is a mandate.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Strong persuasive and negotiation skills.
- Self-motivated and target-driven.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- High level of professionalism and customer focus.
- Good time management and organizational skills.
- A high school diploma is typically required, but a bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field can be an advantage.
