Designation : Lead Generation Executive
Location : Thane (West)
Job Description:
1. Corporate Lead Generation.
2. Identify the organization's future customers, segment them and build and implement a client engagement plan
3. Work towards positioning SearchLight HR as the preferred recruitment partner and most the relevant one to the customer's core list and targeted recruitment briefs
4. Generating client database and working on the internal database as per the current market trends.
5. Interacting with corporate HR professionals, CEO's and C-Level professionals over a telecon to fix up meetings with the Business Head of our company.
6. Passing on the lead and the diagnosis sheet to the business.
7. Managing digital marketing initiatives in coordination with the digital marketing agencies for SEO.
7. Implement email marketing campaigns.

1. High level of initiative, self-driven & ambitious, should be able to build equity of SearchLight HR
2. The candidate should be able to get good relationships, and generate leads of B2B clients
