Executive - Lead Generation - Life Insurance (1-10 yrs)
We are seeking a driven Lead Generation Executive to enhance life insurance sales through effective field operations and team development. This position requires the recruitment, training, and management of a team of agents to meet sales objectives while maintaining high standards of customer service.
Roles and responsibilities :
- Recognize, recruit, and guide insurance team.
- Foster business expansion by meeting both monthly and yearly sales targets.
- Deliver product expertise and sales training to agents to boost their efficiency.
- Encourage and assist agents in enhancing their performance and broadening their client base.
- Connect with prospective clients using direct sales and referral strategies.
- Cultivate robust relationships with agents and clients to secure lasting success.
Requirements:
- A bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a similar discipline (MBA is a plus).
- More than 2 years of sales experience, with a minimum of 6 months in a managerial position in the insurance industry.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and leadership abilities.
- Compensation of up to 4 LPA, along with incentives and benefits.
- Possession of a motorcycle and a valid driver's license is necessary.
