Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and grow Upwork profiles
- Generate business leads through Upwork and other online platforms
- Bid on relevant projects and negotiate with potential clients
- Communicate effectively with clients to understand requirements
- Assist in preparing proposals and responses to client inquiries
Skills & Experience Required:
- 6 months - 2 years of experience in bidding and Upwork management
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to generate leads and convert them into business
- Knowledge of IT services and solutions will be a plus
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
