Executive - Lead Generation - IT (1-2 yrs)
We are hiring for the position of Lead Generation Executive for an IT Firm.
- We would like self-motivated and sharp individuals to join our core team and grow together with the organization.
- In this role you will work closely with the sales and marketing teams. This is a result oriented role that will contribute to new business revenue for the company.
Key Responsibilities :
1. Lead Management:
- Manage, nurture and convert outbound leads into sales opportunities.
- Lead generating campaigns via social media, cold/targeted calling and email marketing. Identify strong potential prospects using initiative and creativity, to generate out bound lead opportunities.
- Asses and analyze a prospect's current process, requirements, and pain areas.
- Provide engaging and articulate information about company's value proposition to potential customers.
- Maintain well organized, up-to-date and accurate sales information and activity reports in CRM system.
2. Communication :
- Demonstrates ability to interact professionally with potential customers via phone, email, telephone conferencing, webinars and face to face, to discover their business needs and develop a positive business relationship.
- Work closely within a growing sales & marketing team and develop cooperative working relationships with all company colleagues.
3. Required Experience :
- 1-2 years of proven experience in prospecting and lead generation.
- Experience of B2B sales, preferably in web development and mobile application development domain.
- Location- Prahaladnagar, Ahmedabad
- Salary: up to 3.5 - 3.8 lakhs per annum.
