Job Title: Lead Generation Executive

We are looking for a highly motivated and target-oriented Lead Generation Executive to join our team. As a Lead Generation Executive, your primary responsibility will be to generate leads and achieve monthly sales targets for our website development, app development, ERP, customized software, and digital marketing services. The ideal candidate should have a proven track record in lead generation, excellent knowledge of the services we offer, and familiarity with various freelancing sites, including Upwork, Giggrabbers, Freelance.com, SimplyHired, and other platforms, to acquire clients worldwide. Responsibilities :

1. Conduct thorough market research to identify potential leads in need of website development, app development, ERP, customized software, and digital marketing services.

2. Utilize various lead generation techniques, including cold calling, email marketing, social media prospecting, and leveraging freelancing sites such as Upwork, Giggrabbers, Freelance.com, SimplyHired, and other platforms to generate a consistent stream of leads.

3. Engage with prospects to understand their requirements, explain our services, and showcase how our solutions can address their specific needs.

4. Communicate effectively with potential clients through various channels, including phone calls, emails, video conferences, and online platforms.

5. Develop and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified leads, ensuring accurate and up-to-date lead information in the CRM system.

6. Collaborate with the sales team to provide necessary information and support for the sales process, ensuring a smooth transition of leads.

7. Meet and exceed monthly sales targets, working towards achieving individual and team quotas.

8. Monitor and analyze lead generation metrics, identify trends, and implement strategies to optimize lead generation and conversion rates.

9. Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions related to website development, app development, ERP, customized software, and digital marketing services.

10. Continuously enhance lead generation processes and strategies, leveraging freelancing sites like Upwork, Giggrabbers, Freelance.com, SimplyHired, and other platforms, sharing insights and best practices with the team.

Requirements :

1. Proven work experience as a Lead Generation Executive or similar role, preferably in the IT industry, with a focus on website development, app development, ERP, customized software, and digital marketing services.

2. Strong knowledge of lead generation techniques, including cold calling, email marketing, social media prospecting, and leveraging freelancing sites such as Upwork, Giggrabbers, Freelance.com, SimplyHired, and other platforms.

3. Familiarity with the services we offer, including website development, app development, ERP, customized software, and digital marketing services.

4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage with potential clients and build rapport.

5. Results-driven mindset with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding monthly sales targets.

6. Experience in using CRM software and other sales and marketing tools for lead generation and management.

7. Strong negotiation and closing skills, with the ability to convert leads into clients.

8. Exceptional organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.

9. Adaptability and willingness to learn, keeping up-to-date with the latest industry trends and best practices.

10. Bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, or a related field (preferred).
