Executive - Lead Generation - International Business - Manufacturing (1-5 yrs)
Converts inquiries into sales by answering Outbound/Inbound telephone calls.
- Generating Leads and be bold enough to handle customers of various kinds.
- Qualify prospect on the basis of suggested guidelines.
- Proper follow-up with the prospects for meetings and coordinate with sales representatives
- Handle outbound/inbound calls on the customer support number and convert them into leads. Handle chat option on the website to help the visitors to fill-in their details on the chat tool and then convert them into leads.
Send emails, emailers, catalogues, brochures and other marketing collaterals through email to the prospects and help them with the right set of collaterals. -
- Develop a pipeline for the prospects (should be segmented according to the product).
- Work on up-selling and cross selling.
- To maintain the MIS and reports
- Send emails using provided templates to nurture prospects from the higher hierarchy
- 1+ year of International Tele calling Experience is MUST.
- Excellent Convincing skills.
- Must be proficient in Excel and maintaining data sheets.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to speak well with the prospects/clients.
