Job Description :
- Lead Generation & Management
- Managing Customer & Prospect Database
- Identifying New Prospects
- Profiling Customers & Prospects
- Tele-calling to prospects & Leads
- Sending Emails to Prospects, leads & Customers
- Presenting Online Demo of the Product
- Updating the sales funnel
- MIS and Reporting
Key Responsibilities :
- Achieve sales targets assigned time to time
- Understanding of FININTEL products, customers, and competitors
- Collect information about the customer or prospect
- Identify the key contact person or decision-maker in the client company
- Approach and present our offerings to the target customer
- Convince customers to buy our products and services
- Follow up with customer for billing information and coordinate for payment
- Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities
- Help the organization to improve the revenue
