Executive - Lead Generation/Business Development - IT (2-6 yrs)
Basic Requirements (Must Have):
- Experience: 2-6 years in IT sales, preferably in IT services.
- Lead Generation: Ability to generate leads independently, both inbound and outbound.
- Communication: Excellent communication skills, particularly in engaging with CXOs, VPs, and Founders.
- Email Writing: Strong email writing skills.
- Sales Experience: Proven experience in IT services sales.
- LinkedIn Proficiency: Advanced skills in using the LinkedIn platform for lead generation and networking.
- B2B Expertise: Expertise in B2B lead generation using tools such as LinkedIn, email campaigns, and cold calling.
- Overall Communication: Excellent writing, speaking, and listening skills.
Preferred Skills:
- Research Skills: Strong research skills with an understanding of Ideal Client Profile (ICP) and the ability to identify relevant companies.
- Prospecting Skills: Ability to research prospect companies and create engaging, relatable content for pitches (LinkedIn messages, InMail, personalized emails, etc.).
- Prospect Management: Ability to manage prospects through responses, follow-ups, and future connections.
- Market Awareness: Up-to-date with market trends and updates related to lead generation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Qualification: Follow Lead Qualification Criteria set by PSI and generate leads accordingly.
- Outreach: Emailing, LinkedIn connecting, messaging, InMails, and cold calling to reach out to relevant prospects. Introduce new lead generation techniques as appropriate.
- Lead Management: Handle initial discussions with leads until they mature.
- Target Ownership: Own targets for lead generation and manage the sales funnel, including contacting suspects and prospects (TOFU) and nurturing prospects (MOFU).
- Team Collaboration: Excellent liaison and teamwork skills within the sales and marketing team.
- Reporting: Report to the Sales Manager (Territory Head) at PSI.
- Strategy Development : Develop effective lead generation strategies and plans for systematic growth.
- Marketing Collaboration : Work with the marketing team to execute lead generation strategies and contribute to the branding of the organization, its services, and specialties.
- CRM Maintenance : Maintain data in the CRM effectively.
- Relationship Management : Responsible for prospecting, nurturing contacts (right persona), and enhancing relationships with existing prospects.
- Individual Contributor : Should work effectively as an individual contributor.
