Executive - Lead Generation (2-5 yrs)
- The Lead Generation executive will be responsible to Generate 6 qualified leads on daily Basis & Close Deal in the areas of Sales
- The Lead Generation executive will be responsible to meet his/her sales Target on day to day basis.
- Lead Generation executive will be fully responsible for the Revenue generation for the company as per his KRA & Goal set by the HOD.
- Lead Generation executive Will be responsible to adhere company policy and its rule.
- Lead Generation executive is responsible to follow direction given by superior to achieve Target.
- Lead Generation executive will be responsible to undertake periodic reviews about achievement and prepare and issue the Minutes of Meeting (MOM),
- Prepare monthly reports and issue to management.
- Maintain the standards and formats defined by Strivik for reports, MIS, SOPs, flow charts, processes and any other planning sheets pertaining to consulting.
- He/she must resolve complaints within defined TATs.
