Executive - Lead Generation (1-3 yrs)

We are looking for a B2B Lead Generation Executive with at least 1 year of experience, preferably in the North American market.

Key Responsibilities :

1. Lead Generation

- Identify and research potential clients in the North American market, focusing on e-commerce and SaaS industries.

- Utilize various lead generation channels, including LinkedIn, email, and cold calling to connect with decision-makers.

- Build and maintain a strong professional network on LinkedIn.

- Create and execute effective outreach campaigns to generate qualified leads.

2. Lead Qualification

- Assess the quality and potential of leads based on specific criteria (Budget, Authority, Need, Timeline - BANT).

- Qualify leads based on their needs, budget, and decision-making authority.

3. CRM Management

- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all lead interactions and activities in HubSpot CRM.

- Track and analyze key metrics to measure performance and identify areas for improvement.

4. Meeting Scheduling

- Coordinate and schedule meetings between the sales team and potential clients in the US.

- Ensure timely follow-up and communication with leads.

5. Key Requirements

- At least 1 year of experience in B2B lead generation, preferably in the North American market.

- Strong proficiency in LinkedIn and other social media platforms.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.

- Strong organizational and time management skills.

- Experience using CRM tools, particularly HubSpot.

- Ability to work independently and be self-motivated.

- Willingness to work night shifts to accommodate the North American time zone.

- A stable internet connection and a quiet home office environment.

Performance Metrics :

- Generate at least 1 BANT-qualified lead per day.

- Achieve monthly and quarterly lead generation targets.

- Maintain a high conversion rate of leads to opportunities.
