Job description :

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead Generation Strategy : Develop and execute lead generation strategies to identify and target potential customers within our target market.

- Outbound Prospecting : Conduct outbound prospecting activities through various channels, including cold calling, email campaigns, social media outreach, and other lead-generation techniques.

- Database Management : Build and maintain a clean and up-to-date database of leads and prospects, ensuring accurate contact information and lead status tracking.

- Lead Qualification : Qualify leads by conducting initial conversations to understand their needs, challenges, and potential fit with our products or services.

- Lead Nurturing : Implement lead nurturing campaigns to keep leads engaged and informed through regular follow-ups and content sharing.

- Collaboration : Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to ensure a seamless handover of qualified leads and ensure alignment on lead generation goals.

- Reporting and Analytics : Regularly report on lead generation activities, providing insights and recommendations to optimize lead generation processes and outcomes.

- Stay Informed : Keep abreast of industry trends, competitive intelligence, and market developments to adjust lead generation strategies accordingly.


Qualifications :


- A minimum of 2 years of experience in lead generation.

- Proven track record of generating high-quality leads and exceeding lead generation targets.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and build relationships with potential customers.

- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail in managing lead databases and information.

- Proficiency in CRM software and lead management tools.
