Executive - Lead Generation (1-2 yrs)
Job Summary :
We are looking for a Lead Generation Executive to generate leads and potential clients for our credit products through phone calls and other outreach methods. You will play a key role in identifying prospects, qualifying leads, and working with the sales team to convert them into clients.
Key Responsibilities :
Identify Potential Clients :
- Research and find potential clients for credit products.
- Build a list of prospects using online resources and databases.
Contact Leads :
- Reach out to prospects via cold calls and emails to introduce our credit products.
- Explain our offerings and answer initial questions.
Qualify Leads :
- Evaluate potential clients based on their credit needs and interest.
- Forward qualified leads to the sales team for follow-up.
Track and Report:
- Maintain records of calls, emails, and lead progress in the CRM system.
- Report lead generation activities and outcomes regularly.
Achieve Targets :
- Meet daily and monthly lead generation goals.
Skills & Qualifications :
- Education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
- Experience: 1-2 years in lead generation, telecalling, or telemarketing.
- Communication: Strong communication and cold-calling skills.
- CRM: Familiar with CRM software to track leads.
