Executive - Lead Generation (1-10 yrs)
Position - Lead Generation Executives
Client: Flexisales Marketing Pvt Ltd.
Location: Mundhwa, Pune
Education Qualifications: Graduations
Years of Experience: 1 - 10 years
NOTE: Hands-on experience with online research tools (e.g., LinkedIn, ZoomInfo, Bloomberg, Hoovers) for retrieving prospect contact information.
Shift: Rotational Shift. (For Females no night shifts)
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Identify and research potential clients and business opportunities through various channels.
- Proficiently make outbound calls to identified target prospects within specified segments.
- Initiate and maintain contact with prospective clients through personalized communication strategies.
- Engage in meaningful conversations to understand client needs and present relevant solutions.
- Schedule and conduct meetings or demos with interested prospects to discuss our offerings further.
- Maintain a well-organized database of leads and clients, tracking all interactions and follow-ups.
- Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly targets for lead generation and client engagement.
Eligibility Criteria
- Proven experience in sales, business development, or client outreach.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English, with the ability to quickly build rapport.
- Capable of working independently and as part of a team.
- Hands-on experience with online research tools (e.g., LinkedIn, ZoomInfo, Bloomberg, Hoovers) for retrieving prospect contact information.
