Executive - Kiosk Sales (2-10 yrs)
Key Responsibilities:
- Sales Strategy Development: Craft and implement sales strategies to meet and exceed sales targets for kiosks in multiple segments such as banking, healthcare, industrial etc.
- Market Analysis: Conduct thorough market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape to inform sales tactics and product positioning.
- Customer Relationship Management: Build and nurture strong relationships with key clients to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Performance Monitoring: Track and analyze sales performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations to optimize sales efforts.
- Product Knowledge: Maintain in-depth knowledge of kiosk products and services to effectively communicate features and benefits to customers.
- Promotional Activities: Collaborate with the marketing team to design and execute promotional campaigns and events to drive kiosk sales.
- Operational Oversight: Ensure kiosks are operationally efficient, fully stocked, and visually appealing to maximize customer engagement and sales.
