About The Role :
- Engaging with the prospects who are assigned and ensuring that they have all the communication shared on time every time around candidates, interview processes, invoices etc.
- Managing sales data and ensuring that the same is updated in the required format on time.
- Working with the inside sales team to improve the process and reporting mechanism and ensure that they are highlighted to relevant stakeholders well in advance.
- Building good working relationships with customers and identifying ways to upsell/cross-sell.
- Demonstrating great sales techniques by developing and continuously optimising emails written for client engagement.
Requirements :
- 0-1 year of experience in a similar role.
- Extremely data-driven and oriented towards learning B2B sales process and its detailing.
- Loves to connect and learn about customer behavior of multiple demographics.
- Open for flexible work timings as per the target geographies.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Desire to build a career in customer success or sales.
