Job Description :

- As a Junior Sales Counselor, your main role is to make outbound calls to potential customers and persuade them to buy our products or services. You'll use your communication skills to promote our offerings effectively over the phone.

Responsibilities :

- Make proactive outbound calls to promote products/services

- Build and maintain strong customer relationships

- Identify sales opportunities

- Maintain accurate records of customer information and sales details in the CRM system.

- Follow up with leads, ensuring customer satisfaction and exploring upselling/cross-selling opportunities.

- Stay updated on product knowledge, sales techniques, and industry trends.

Minimum Requirements :

- High School diploma or equivalent; a bachelor's degree is preferred.

- Proven experience in telesales or a similar sales role is a Must.

- Good English and Hindi verbal communication skills
