- IT Sales-Business Development Representative (Inside Sales 3+ years exp) (exclusive for female candidates)

- We are pleased to announce an open position for a Business Development Representative based in Noida (India).

Position Overview :


We are seeking an experienced IT sales professional with excellent communication skills, a strong interest in sales, and a willingness to learn from our team of experts. Experience in CRM/ERP sales (specifically Microsoft Dynamics 365) is preferred.

Experience Required- 3+ Years (Exclusive for female candidates, Age-26-28 years)

Work Location - Noida

Budget- 20-30 % hike on current CTC

Mandatory skills- Presentable, must have IT Sales experience, preferably CRM/ERP i.e. Microsoft Dynamic 365

Role Geography :

The selected candidate will primarily focus on the UAE market, collaborating closely with our sales teams based in Dubai and Oman.

Job Description :

- Communicating with customers, making outbound calls to potential customers, and following up on leads.

- Understanding customers' needs and identifying sales opportunities.

- Answering potential customers' questions and sending additional information per email.

- Keeping up with product and service information and updates.

- Creating and maintaining a database of current and potential customers.

- Explaining and demonstrating features of products and services.

- Staying informed about competing products and services.

- Leading efforts to upsell products and services.

- Researching and qualifying new leads.

- Communicating with customers, overseeing outbound calls to potential customers, and ensuring timely follow-up on leads.

Requirements :

- High school diploma/GED required; Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred.

- Previous experience in an outbound call center or a related sales position preferred.

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, CRM software and other sales tools with at least 3-5 years

- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.

- Good organizational skills and the ability to multitask.

- Excellent phone and cold calling skills.

- Exceptional customer service skills & Strong market research skills

- Strong listening and sales skills.

- Ability to achieve targets.

- Exceptional interpersonal skills.

- Salary is not a constraint for the right candidate.
