About the Team :

UniAcco Sales Team is one of the most energetic and empowered with the responsibility of helping students from all over the world in booking their long term accommodation near the university. They cater to leads from UK, US, Australia, India and a total of 50+ countries and excellent communication skills is their biggest strength, which helps them achieve their sales targets.

Location: Mumbai

- This position is in the Australia Team for which the job timing will be 7 AM to 3 PM

- The shift timing can change depending on demand

Responsibilities :

- To assist tenants to locate and book affordable, convenient and secure housing from our extensive selection of properties

- Communicate via Calls and Chat with the tenant to provide a smooth and hassle-free journey to get a match for their requirements

- Identifying potential tenants and closing sales by understanding tenant's requirement and matching with available properties

- To maintain Quality score of the sales calls by following the quality parameters, call flow and sales tactics explained

- Follow the sales process to attain maximum tenant conversion rate; follow up with the tenant as per decided cycle, use CRM as guided

- Communicate with Property Managers to complete the booking process, resolve tenant inquiries and ensure successful conversion of the lead

Must Have Skills / Experience

- Minimum 2 years experience as a Sales Executive (Inside or Outside Sales)

- Extremely good English Communication over Calls or Chat

- A Bachelor's degree in any field

Nice to have Skills / Experience

- Experience in International Sales

- Experience in Premium Product Sales (B2B Software, Hospitality, Real Estate)
