Our client is an wholly Indian-owned operation based in the rapidly developing IT space of Noida, NCR, India. They have extensive and robust Contact Center infrastructure set up with a highly experienced management team to deliver projects successfully.
- They deliver a comprehensive range of Contact Center solutions and can integrate these with other fulfillment or related documentation services too so as to create a complete end to end solution.
The Job
You will be responsible for :
- Acquiring and managing relationships with corporate and institutional clients in your area of focus to achieve sales targets and business objectives.
- Developing strong internal relationships to optimise service delivery and ensure all practices are in line with internal guidelines and statutory requirements.
Ideal Candidate :
- You have at least 1 year experience ideally in SEO / SEM or Sales / Relationship Manager within Consumer and Professional Services industry.
- Experience within would be a strong advantage.
- You are a strong networker & relationship builder
- You are a strong team player who can manage multiple stakeholders
- You are a strong mentor and coach who can build high performing teams
