Executive - International Sales - Logistics (1-3 yrs)
Key Responsibilities :
- Maintaining and increasing sales of company's products or services
- Determines annual unit and gross-profit plans by implementing marketing & branding strategies; analyzing trends and results.
- Establishes sales objectives by forecasting and developing annual sales quotas for regions and territories;
- Reaching the targets and goals set for allotted territory projecting expected sales volume and profit for existing and new products or services
- Establishing, maintaining and expanding customer base
- Servicing the needs of existing customers
- Increasing business opportunities through various routes to market
- Recruiting and training sales staff
- Allocating areas to sales representatives
- Monitoring team's performance and motivating them to reach targets
- Compiling and analyzing sales figures
- Possibly dealing with some major customer accounts
- Collecting customer feedback and market research
- Keeping up to date with products, services and competitors
- Establishes and adjusts selling prices by monitoring costs, competition, and supply and demand.
- Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing professional publications; establishing personal networks; participating in professional societies.
- Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Education : Graduation degree mandatory
Experience
- 1 year to 3 years of experience as Sales / Business Development in Logistics / Courier / Transportation mandatory
- Are looking for a Sales & Business Development Manager-, having experience of 1-3 years as Sales, Marketing & Business development from Shipping, Freight Forwarding, Custom clearance, Project Cargo Handling, Transportation, Warehousing, Supply Chain Management etc
- Must have the knowledge about logistic incoterms like (FOB/EWX/FCA/FAS/CPT/CFR/CIF/CIP/DAT/DAP/DDP) and knowledge about payment procedure related issues..
- Experience required - 1-3 years as Sales, Marketing & Business development from Shipping, Freight Forwarding, Custom clearance, Project Cargo Handling, Transportation, Warehousing, Supply Chain Management etc
Qualification required - Candidate should be any Graduate / Equivalent degree / Post Graduate/MBA
Skills Required - Presentation Skills, Good Verbal & Written Communication, Analyzing ability, Negotiation skills, Leadership Skills, Motivation and Team Managing & Team Development, etc
