Executive - International Sales - IT (3-6 yrs)
- Experience with IT consulting companies is required
- Website Design/ Dev/ Mobile Application/ Custom Applications/ E-commerce
- SAAS, AI ML, Data Analytics, Cloud Architecture background is preferred.
- Bidding platforms for Projects.
- Assist in capturing, managing, engaging and nurturing leads into prospects.
- Effectively and efficiently drive demand generation (prospecting, qualifying, nurturing).
- Manage inside sales activities on LinkedIn Sales Navigator. Cold calls, Execution email campaigns, outreach, and communication on the Sales Navigator platform.
- Manage email and telephonic communication with prospective clients.
- Strategize, plan, delegate, and execute sales campaigns in alignment with business goals.
- Self-prospect and research lead personas through multiple channels (Social, professional networks and news articles)
- Build engaging custom communications and thoughtful, creative plans for outreach
- Optimize your work through a culture of feedback and learning
- Formulate your plan of attack via emails, calls, LinkedIn and Twitter
Requirement :
- An individual contributor end to end sales closing role - with a quota . (Quotas may change).
- Good content writing skills, excellent email communication, and verbal communication skills.
- Good understanding of the sales process and lead nurturing.
- Sales experience in Account Based Selling
- Problem solver mentality and a desire for creative solutions
- A creative approach to cold outreach for each prospect you encounter
- Dial 100-150 Calls a day till a solid pipeline is built
- Prior experience of consultative selling to executives, directors, VP's in the enterprise domain.
- 1 - 6 years of lead gen experience, US Market, prospecting, cold calling, B2B sales experience.
- Consistently meet and exceed individual and team weekly, monthly, and annual targets
- Exhibit a positive, friendly attitude with customers and empathetic towards their needs.
- Ability to work with multiple stakeholders, internal and external, in delivering results.
- A goal and results oriented mindset who is not afraid of adversity
