Executive - International Sales - B2B Cross Border Commerce (3-5 yrs)

Some of its retail clients include Target, JCPenney, Zara, Ajio, Wills Lifestyle, FabIndia, Taneira, Go Colours, among others.
Founded by IIT Madras alumnus in 2017, it has raised a more than $9Mn in funding till date. This online cross-border trading platform has already impacted more than 2000 MSMEs in 3 countries.
As a Sales Executive -International, you will be Responsible for developing and implementing strategic plans to drive sales growth and operational efficiency.
What you need to do :
- Developing a comprehensive understanding of international markets and prospective buyers.
- Identifying and analyzing market trends and buyer behavior to inform sales strategies.
- Utilizing an existing network of clients and develop new client relationships.
- Working effectively with our existing buyers to maintain and expand business opportunities.
- Establishing and maintaining robust partner relationships.
- Sourcing new suppliers and present customer designs effectively.
- Researching various industries to identify potential customers for respective verticals.
- Collecting and maintaining contact details of decision-makers.
- Participating in client meetings and present compelling sales pitches.
- Creating and presenting proposals to help close sales deals.
- Steering projects from initial concept to execution, ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Handling overall sales and operations functions with a focus on business growth.
-Demonstrating strong attention to detail and the ability to add value through innovative brainstorming with cross-functional teams.
- Developing creative strategies for revenue generation.
- Running a lead generation process on identified customers through email, LinkedIn, and cold calls.
- Generating leads and set up appointments with potential clients.
- Researching and identifying target customers to create a comprehensive contacts database.
- Developing and executing effective email, LinkedIn, and phone campaigns for business development.
What you need to have:
- 3-5 years of relevant experience in Client Facing Sales/Business Development
Profiles.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English is a MUST.
- Have excellent interpersonal skills, ability to communicate effectively with external clients as well as internal stakeholders.
- Must possess intense customer focus.
- Proven track record of taking ownership and driving results along with the hustler attitude.
