Executive - International Outbound Sales - BPO (3-5 yrs)

"Overview:-

The outbound sales executive will be responsible for driving end to end sales for the already existing customers of the client. It is not a cold calling international process, rather it is building up a rapport with the existing clients and try to sell them the products which they had purchased earlier from them.

Job Description :

1. Making Outbound calls to the Australian customers

2. The call is to be made to already existing customers

3. These customers would have purchased the product recently or long time back

4. Callers are expected to build up a rapport with the existing customers and then, make sales.

5. The data will be provided by the company

6. Day Shifts only

7. Minimum 3 years' experience in outbound sales (International only).

8. End to end sales experience (Appointment fixing will not be considered as sales experience).

Work

Additional and Important Notes: -

- Communication, English grammar.

- High percentile in spoken English.

- Should have worked in outbound sales (Industry) for minimum 2 years.

- Should have presence of mind and be ready to tackle any sales related challenges spontaneously.

Experience: -

2 - 4 Years

Qualification & additional skills :

- Any Graduate, Post Graduate, B.A (Eng Hons) will be an advantage

Other Important Information

Working days - 5 days

Shift Timings- 6:00 am - 3:00 pm

Salary - Negotiable

One side cab transportation
