Executive - International Chat Process - BPO (1-3 yrs)
- Handling queries/complaints of customers and Coaches through inbound chat.
- Ensure First Contact Resolution (FCR) while handling a customer's issue
- Ensure to provide highest rate customer satisfaction on each chat handled.
- Achieve CSAT of 9.3 on a scale of 0-10.
- Maintain Chat AHT of 315 sec
PERSON SPECIFICATION :
- Qualifications : Requires a minimum of a Graduate/Under Grad
- Experience : Min 6 months/1 Year experience required in any International Chat US Process
- Age : 18 years onwards
