Executive - International Business/Sales (1-3 yrs)

The company is a highly specialized international business development, marketing and consulting firm established in 2003. We specialize in assisting medium size Indian suppliers & manufacturers grow their export markets worldwide. Our expertise lies in helping our suppliers with:

- Identifying suitable markets for their products internationally

- Setting up new client base in the targeted markets

- Build the customer-supplier relationship

- Helping the suppliers to increase business in the new markets exponentially

We are a team of professionally qualified experts who have 30 years of prior experience in International Marketing in multiple product lines.

Experience & Qualifications :

- 1 - 3 yrs. of experience in International Trading/Exports preferably in FMCG/Food Products/Commodities.

- Graduate/Postgraduate/MBA

- Prior Experience in handling International Clients independently preferred.

- Freight forwarding and international logistics knowledge or background would also be helpful. An understanding of export documentation required in various markets is preferred for this role

- Demonstrated ability to work with business executives of foreign cultures.

- Prior International traveling experience for market development preferred.

- Strong verbal and written skills, as well as MS Office computer skills.

- High initiative and self-directed - able to work independently.

- Strong time management skills.

Job Description :

- Generating new business through Trade Leads, Internet searching and cold calling

- Surveying international markets, conducting appropriate market research in foreign countries to understand potential of the markets

- Correspond with and build a network of international distributors and importers to increase sales.

- An understanding of export documentation required in various markets is preferred for this role

- Independently handling new prospective customers to acquire business and generate enquiries.

- This role will also be responsible for researching various import procedures and regulations in a large variety of countries worldwide.

- Communicate with international clients and our suppliers on matters of pricing, processing of Documentation of business orders etc.

- Manage and attend international trade shows and major industry events; international travel will be required.
