Executive - Insurance Sales (1-6 yrs)
In this role, you will be responsible for generating new business, building client relationships, and providing exceptional customer service. You will promote our range of insurance products to individuals and businesses, ensuring they receive tailored solutions to meet their needs.
Key Responsibilities :
- Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through networking and referrals.
- Conduct needs analysis to recommend appropriate insurance products.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets and performance metrics.
- Stay updated on industry trends and product knowledge.
- Prepare and present quotes and policy documents to clients.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in any field.
- Previous experience in sales or customer service, BFSI experience is a plus.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Self-motivated with a strong work ethic.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
