Job Description:-
As a Field Sales Executive, you will be responsible for driving sales and building strong client relationships in the field. You will identify new business opportunities, develop and execute sales strategies, and provide exceptional customer service to achieve sales targets and contribute to the company's growth.
Responsibilities:-
- Identify and target potential clients through research, networking, and referrals.
- Conduct face-to-face meetings with potential and existing clients to understand their financial needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Present and explain the company 's financial products and services to prospective clients.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and retention.
- Follow up with clients to address any issues, answer questions, and provide ongoing support.
Qualifications:-
- Proven experience in field sales, preferably within the financial services industry.
- Strong sales and negotiation skills with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
