Executive - Institutional Sales - HoReCa/Food Service (2-10 yrs)
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES :
- Identifying market potential in order to achieve food service sales volume, revenue and profitability goals.
- Maximize sales volume and revenue in the assigned markets for all Products.
- Work closely with the principal companies- sales teams to maximize their respective brand's sales growth
- Maintain, monitor, and regularly evaluate pricing and contracts with customers so as to provide products and services that meet standards of quality, timelines and cost.
- Ensure timely collections and recoveries of past dues.
- Market, segment, product knowledge
- Competition analysis, market mapping, market intelligence,
- Management and responsibility of the P&L.
REQUIREMENTS :
Experience : 2 years of experience in Food Service / Institutional sales.
Education : Graduation
Skills :
- High Result Orientation
- Digitally savvy and sound proficiency in MS Excel
- Strong Analytical Skills
- Written and verbal communication skills
- Negotiation skills
