Executive - Inside Sales - Workforce Management Platform (1-5 yrs)
What will you do?
- Research and source new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound cold calls and emails
- Understand customer needs & requirements and qualify the prospects
- Schedule meetings/calls with the qualified prospects and route it to the appropriate sales executives for further development and closure
- Maintain and expand your database of prospects
What will enable you to do it?
- 1-3 years of experience in tele calling, business development, inside sales role
- Knowledge of Excel and comfortable using emailing tools and CRM
- Good communication skill with fluency in Hindi, English and Kannada
- Ability to work independently with timeline driven tasks
- Based in Bengaluru
