Executive - Inside Sales - US Market - IT (1-3 yrs)
Job Description - Inside Sales
The Inside Sales personnel will provide support to sales managers by building strong sales pipeline through high volume outbound calling.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities :
- Generate new convertible leads and appointments for the Business Development Managers, within defined territory, for specific lines of business, through telemarketing
- Works closely with Business Development Managers to qualify prospects, coordinate meetings, and drive new opportunities
- Clearly and effectively communicates Compassites services to prospects
- Strives to meet or exceed prospecting goals on daily, weekly, monthly and quarterly basis
Qualifications and Experience :
- Minimum 1+ years- experience into Inside Sales / Lead Generation.
- Experience in selling into US markets
- Good phone and email communication skills.
- Ability to talk to Managers and CXO level executives.
- Self-Motivated, Quick Learner with interest in technology solution sales.
- Professional demeanor to maintain and enhance relationships
- Willingness to work in night shift
