The Job
Your responsibilities will include :
- Engage in chat conversations with potential customers to understand their needs and provide relevant product information.
- Utilize persuasive selling techniques to convert chat interactions into sales.
- Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries, resolving any issues or concerns they may have.
- Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities to maximize sales revenue.
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop effective strategies and tactics for achieving sales goals.
- Follow up with potential customers on the phone to persuade them to purchase Visa services.
- Sales Target Achievement : Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets set by the company. Work towards achieving individual and team-based sales goals while maintaining high levels of professionalism and customer satisfaction.
- Responsible for engaging with potential customers domestic & International through online chat platforms & calls and providing product information, answering queries, and ultimately driving sales related to visa or travel service's.
Ideal Candidate :
- Good Typing Speed, typing speed over 25 WPM will be preferred.
- Graduate in any field, Degree in Hospitality, Travel & Tourism or Business will be preferred
- Ability to work under pressure in a demanding work environment,
- Strong sales skills with sound knowledge of handling international customers will be an edge
- Candidate should have good written and verbal communication skills and
