- We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Telesales Executive to join our team in the Banking Process department.


- As a Telesales Executive in our Outsourcing/Offshoring industry, you will play a crucial role in selling financial banking products and services to prospective clients through telephone calls.

Position : Telecalling Executive (Lead Generation and Inside Sales Executive)

Location : L&T, Powai, Mumbai

Qualification : HSC or above

Experience : 0 to 4 years

Salary : Upto 24k CTC (21k - In hand) + Incentives

Job Type: Work from office

Job Days : Monday to Saturday

Job Timing : 9:30 am to 6:30 pm

Requirements :

- Proven experience in lead generation or sales in the outsourcing/offshoring industry.

- Freshers are also eligible with Excellent Communication skills in English

- Basic or Good or Excellent communication and negotiation skills in English

- Strong ability to identify and qualify potential leads.

- Proven experience in telesales or customer service, preferably in the banking or financial industry

- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence potential clients through telephone conversations

- Strong sales acumen and ability to meet and exceed sales targets

Responsibilities :

- Generate qualified leads through research, cold calling, and networking activities.

- Identify potential clients and understand their business needs and pain points.

- Develop and maintain a pipeline of prospects and track progress using CRM software.

- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.

- Conduct outbound telesales calls to potential clients, introducing them to our range of banking products and services

- Identify and understand client needs, and provide suitable solutions based on product knowledge and understanding of the banking industry
