Executive - Inside Sales - Staffing & Recruitment Firm (1-4 yrs)
Roles & Responsibility :
- Identify, prospect, and develop new opportunities with new as well as existing client base in the Staffing and Recruitment Industry.
- Responsible for connecting with CXO, CEO, Director and Head of Recruitment.
- Sales and marketing of Collar Search Offshore recruitment specialist services.
- Reaching out to prospective clients & lead generation through cold calling and client presentations.
- Setting up Conference calls & Meetings for In-person Discussion about proposals.
- Effective management of short and long-term sales opportunities.
- Strong communication skills.
- Responsible for revenue generation from the various accounts signed up by them.
- Evolving SLA's specific to client requirements & business processes.
- Team management & people development if applicable.
- Identify, develop and close opportunities to grow and expand existing business in current accounts.
- Achieve established team targets for new sales, database participation and client work.
- Conduct research to support projects, marketing and new business initiatives when required.
- Identify and engage necessary resources for account support, communication of new client/market insight, and client feedback
