General Description:
- Inside sales Executive will make Outbound Calls to our existing & potential customers seeking to purchase our ERP products.
- They will be responsible to make a healthy & clean relationship which leads to delight the customer with our ERP products and our best services.
Primary Responsibilities :
- Make outgoing calls to all regular prospects & Suspects for Lead Generation
- Work directly with customer via telephone and email for healthy sales.
- Daily Sales Target to be achieved.
- Educates customer on our products offering and services to increase the daily spend.
- Educate and explain product pricing and answering questions. - Maintain accurate daily report and record of sales in CRM
Secondary Responsibilities: -
- Need to work under Team Leader & should be active in all challenging team activities.
- Should take initiatives for team and make healthy team atmosphere.
- Assisting Team & Team Leader for preparing reports and to achieve targets.
Essential Experience, Skills and Abilities :
Should have excellent English communication.
- One or more years experience of Inside Sales Executives in a high volume fast, paced environment.
- Should be active, enthusiastic skills and excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Typing speed should be 25 & above.
