Executive - Inside Sales - Smile Correction/Straightening Services (1-3 yrs)
Job Details :
- 1 yr to 3 yrs of experience as Telesales / Telemarketing mandatory
- Experience in Banking / Financial Services / Insurance or Education / Training preferred
- Candidates having exposure of selling 25k product line are preferred
- Education technology, Banking/Finance experience preferred
- Fluent English skills - Ability to Speak, Read & Write
Shift 10-7pm
Note : Any 1 Weekly off Between Mon to Thurs
- Work from office
- 6 days working
- Handle calls on leads generated for clear aligner (Smile correction/ Smile straightening) services on our digital platforms.
- Describe the services and USP of the same and try to generate maximum conversions.
- Regular follow-ups with potential clients/ patients.
- Overall problem solving for customers and coordination as necessary.
- Handle any operations-related activities that may be required.
- Tabulate and record responses from all channels on excels.
- Generate relevant reports from the same.
- Schedule appointments for patients and coordinate with the required doctor who shall visit the patient -
- Analyze the quality of calls and strive for improvement.
