Executive - Inside Sales - Security & Surveillance (1-6 yrs)
"Job Description: We are looking for an Inside Sales Executive who will be instrumental in responding to online leads and queries, managing customer relationships, and supporting the sales team with administrative tasks. The ideal candidate will be a proactive communicator adept at handling digital communication platforms and CRM tools, particularly Pipedrive CRM.
Responsibilities : Lead Generation and Management :
- Promptly respond to online leads and queries.
- Generate leads through various platforms
- Efficiently provide quotations and proposals through email and WhatsApp.
- Initiate contact with potential clients through various channels, including phone calls, emails, and social media.
Customer Follow-Up:
- Diligently follow up with leads via email, calls, and WhatsApp.
- Accurately fill in and update customer details on our CRM system, with a preference for those experienced in Pipedrive CRM.
Product Demonstrations:
- Conduct informative and persuasive online demos of our solutions to potential clients.
- Supporting the Sales team by coordinating, scheduling and conducting both inbound and outbound demos.
Sales Team Support:
- Assist the sales team with administrative tasks related to invoicing, product shipping, and delivery.
- Ensure all sales processes are completed efficiently and to a high standard.
Qualifications: Minimum 2-5 years of experience in sales, preferably in the security and surveillance industry
Proficient in digital communication and comfortable using email, WhatsApp, Microsoft Office Suite, and CRM software, preferably Pipedrive CRM.
- Strong knowledge of sales principles, practices, and techniques.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to give compelling product demonstrations online.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- A team player with a customer-oriented approach.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
