Executive - Inside Sales & Sales Operation Support - IT (2-6 yrs)
Roles and Responsibilities :
- Develop & maintain long-lasting relationships with new & prospective customers.
- Learn sales related features and advantages for entire products and services.
- Develop personalized call scripts, email templates, LinkedIn messages and presentations.
- Actively source new sales opportunities through accurate segmenting, targeting, messaging, cold calling, emailing & LinkedIn reach outs.
- Ability to identify and develop new sales opportunities through research.
- Ability to leverage social and professional media platforms to generate leads.
- Perform extensive competitor and client analysis.
- Research accounts, identify key players and generate interest for products/service offerings.
- Maintain and expand your database of prospects within your assigned territory.
- Ability to understand customer needs and requirements and advise customers on suitable product selection based on their needs and specifications.
- Following up on sales inquiries that are made by potential customers through website chats, emails, and inbound calls.
- Qualify all sales leads, routing the opportunities for further development and closure.
- Support Sales AE in the opportunities with proposal preparation, quotes generation, collections.
Inside Sales Executive Requirements:
- MBA in Marketing / Information Systems
- Proficiency in LinkedIn, Microsoft Office
- Proven software reselling sales / inside sales experience. (Add on)
