Executive - Inside Sales - Sales As A Service Platform (5-8 yrs)

- Our client is currently deploying more than 40,000 people who are helping their clients to acquire customers and grow their sales. They hire, train, deploy and own outcomes related to the sales growth/customer acquisition targets for the clients.

- As an Inside Sales Executive, you will be responsible for a combination of client interaction and in-depth research and analysis. Your primary goal will be to identify opportunities, build rapport with key decision-makers, and gather valuable insights that will drive the business growth.
What you need to do :
- Proactively reaching out to CHROs and HR Heads to introduce the company's solutions and services.
- Understanding client needs, challenges, and pain points to tailor our offerings accordingly.
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients to ensure their ongoing satisfaction.
- Collaborating with the sales team to identify new business opportunities and nurture leads.
- Conducting in-depth research and analysis on specific industries to identify market trends, challenges, and opportunities.
- Gathering data on competitors, market trends, and potential clients in targeted industries.
- Preparing reports and presentations summarizing industry insights and competitive analysis.
- Assisting in developing strategies and action plans based on research findings.
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date client interaction records in the CRM system.
- Organizing and managing research data, ensuring it is easily accessible for the sales and marketing teams.
- Collaborating with the marketing team to ensure that industry-specific insights are integrated into marketing campaigns.
- Working closely with the Sales Manager and team to align strategies and achieve sales targets.
What you need to have :
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
- Proven experience in inside sales or a similar role, with a demonstrated ability to engage with high-level executives.
- Strong research and analytical skills, with the ability to gather and interpret data effectively.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain client relationships.
- Self-motivated, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Familiarity with CRM software and data management tools.
- Knowledge of industry mapping and competitive analysis techniques is a plus.
