Job Description:

- Sell Resume Writing and other Candidate Services to customers through inside sales activities.

- Prospect and build a sales pipeline; search and identify potential buyers, establish contacts and generate orders.

- Maintain relationship with various firms & consultancies and bring them on board; provide them with necessary support and information.

- Manage the pipeline and diligently record interactions with the customers such as calls made, emails sent, etc.

- Operate the CRM (customer relationship management) systems and work as a Point of Contact throughout sales and service delivery as well as handle inquiries.

- Assist in widening brand recognition through the use of the social media and other means as required.

Desired Candidate Profile:

- Excellent communication skills.

- Person should have pleasing personality.

- Cool-tempered and able to handle rejection.

- Outstanding negotiation skills with the ability to resolve issues and address complaints.

- Should have excellent follow up and deal closing attitude.

Working Days: 6 Days a Week
