Our client is a disruptive brokerage-free property search portal that connects house/property owners & tenants/buyers directly by eliminating the middleman.
The Job
You will be responsible for :
- Identify business opportunities and prospects.
- Build relationships, recommend solutions, and close sales.
- Make outbound calls using lead generation and secondary data.
- Follow up on older and new leads daily.
- Ensure quality service by adhering to company standards.
- Be energetic, well-spoken, and focused on closing deals and generating revenue
Ideal Candidate :
Qualification / Education and Requirements:
Education : Any Undergraduate or Post Graduate (MBA,BBA, B.Tech, B.A., etc.)
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Languages : English & Hindi or Kannada (mandatory); Tamil/Telugu (optional).
- Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word).
- Flexible for a 9-hour shift between 8 AM - 10 PM.
- Comfortable working 6 days a week with a weekday off.
