Executive - Inside Sales/Patient Counselor - Cancer Care (1-4 yrs)
1. Calling cancer patient and guiding them on cancer care and Company's offerings that can help them in their treatment journey
2. Explaining benefits so that patients can subscribe to the services
3. Collect medical data from patients and forward to internal team for onward processing
4. Ensure strong follow-ups with patients to ensure that they go for the service
5. Process mapping from case initiation to delivery of consultation
6. Manage patient relations and ensure thorough and timely resolution of patient issues and concerns
7. Coordinate with Patient Counselor to ensure smooth transition of patients for a better experience.
